SERENGETI CAMP

Imagine vast expansive plains with endless horizons, seas of pale yellow grass rippling in the warm breeze, gnarled acacias twisting to the sky and vultures circling on thermals overhead.

‘Siringit Serengeti Camp’ is the latest addition to the collection of luxury camps to be found in the Serengeti National Park.

Encouraged by the enormous popularity of ‘Siringit Villa,’ the same three partners decided to join forces once again to create a gorgeous new camp in the heart of the Serengeti Nation Park.

an idyllic spot

Because of its natural beauty and the abundance of wildlife to be found in the area, the management of the Tanzania National Parks chose this site to host a group of visiting officials from Yellow Stone National Park in the United States. The site still appears on many official maps of the Serengeti National Park as “Yellow Stone.”

It is our privilege to call this idyllic spot ours from now on. The famous Hippo pool, the Serengeti Research Centre and the departure point for balloon Safaris are also conveniently close by.

Guest will find out it's also only six kilometres east of Seronera Airstrip and just one hour’s drive from ‘Nabi Hill,’ the gateway to the Serengeti National Park for guests arriving by road from the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Simple Elegance

Siringit Serengeti Camp is all about the small luxuries of life
Small is beautiful

The camp will consist of 8 accommodation tents, each measuring 45 square metres to include a private verandah. A two-bedroomed family tent will also be available for guests travelling with small children.

Authentic luxury

Each tent will sit atop a wooden platform raised 30 centimeters from the ground and will have a generous sleeping area complete with lounge space. An ensuite bathroom with “his and hers” wash hand basins, large shower and proper flush toilet will complete each guest tent. The family tent will be appointed to the same high standards..

Authentic luxury

A great deal of thought has gone into the detail of each tent and, as you would expect in a property of this standard, an in-tent safe, hairdryer, toweling robes, a gas fired heater for use on cold nights, leather fasteners with brass buckles on windows and doors and an array of other carefully thought out finishing touches are only some of the surprises we have in store for our guests.

Connect with nature

We are merely visiting this land, the idea is to only leave footprints, to blend with the environment and for the guest to embrace the outdoors and connect with nature.

Guest who enjoyed our hospitality at Siringit Villa shared their opinions online

“A few weeks ago, I was in Siringit, before travelling on to the fantastic wildparks. Indeed, “fantastic”, is the word which also applies to Siringit. Arriving there was a surprise and the warm welcome of the staff does you feel at ease immediately. The overwhelming living room is impressive, yet a place of rest. The rooms and bathrooms are very romantic. ”
“We stayed at the Siringit villa to relax after an exhausting 2 week safari and to discover the Arusha area. It exceeded our expectations: a nice pool with a splendid vista on Mt Meru, a beautiful garden directly adjacent to the golf court, nice and friendly personnel who do everything to make you feel at home (got my first perfectly served pint of beer here, after 2 weeks in Tanzania)...
“We were with a couple of friends at Siringit. We had a wonderful time. It is really an exclusive location! You get the best services, superb breakfast and dinner. The house has got beautiful and luxury rooms. ... On the one side a view on the Kilimanjaro, on the other side you've got a view on the golf retreat and the mount Meru. We really hope to go back on a time in the near future!”
